The Built Environment Young Leaders Programme (YLP) is one of BCA’s key initiatives to retain and nurture young professionals with the potential and calibre to lead the growth and advancement of the construction sector in the near future.

To kick start the programme, BCA has worked closely with leading industry firms to identify a group of young and talented professionals who exude leadership qualities and passion in their work.

Besides engaging these Young Leaders in policy formulation and tapping on their experience and passion in BCA’s career promotion efforts, the YLP also serves as a platform to facilitate the upgrading and career progression of the Young Leaders.
